Returns
We hope you adore your Peggy Shoes as much as we do. If you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund. All items must be unworn, clean, free of marks or odors, and returned in their original shoe bag.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@peggyshoe.com. We reserve the right to decline returns for used, damaged, altered, or dirty items.
Please keep in mind:
- Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- All refunds incur a $15 restocking fee.
- Packages returned to us as “undeliverable” or “unclaimed” will be refunded minus shipping and restocking fees.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Processing times vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, PayPal, or Stripe.
Exchanges
We currently do not process exchanges. To change your pair, please return your item and place a new order once your refund is issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@peggyshoe.com.
Photographic evidence is required for all damaged or incorrect items to comply with carrier, Stripe, and PayPal claim standards.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly. We cannot refund or replace orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
International Returns
For international orders, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
