Domestic Shipping (USA)
All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after the order has been processed.
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We cannot be responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by USPS that are lost, stolen, or missing after delivery. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please file a claim directly with USPS. We will gladly provide any information needed to support your claim.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing and may take longer than domestic shipping.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.
Customs delays are beyond our control and may extend delivery times significantly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please verify that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Order Tracking & Updates
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the USPS website.
Shipping Delays
Weather, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, or holiday volume may cause unexpected delays. These delays are outside of our control, but we will always assist you in tracking your package.
